Skinned Coyote Found On Butler Co. Road

BUTLER COUNTY -- A report of a skinned dog dumped on the side of the road turned out to be a coyote.Deputies in Butler County were called to Bell and Jenkins roads on Sunday after someone found the dead animal.No charges are being filed in the case because hunters are allowed to kill and skin the nocturnal canine predators.It is not known who skinned the animal or why the carcass was dumped.
