Bridge Replacement To Close Route 4

DAYTON, Ohio -- Transportation officials in Montgomery County said part of Route 4 in the southern part of the county will be closed due to bridge replacement.Route 4 in southern Montgomery County will be closed between Farmersville-West Carrollton Pike and Union Road beginning Monday morning.Officials said motorists will have to use posted detours to make their way around the closed bridge.The official detour route is state Route 725 to Interstate 75 and then to Route 35.The bridge in expected to reopen on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009.
