Late Afternoon Fire Damages Home In Bradford

BRADFORD, Ohio -- Firefighters from Bradford and Covington responded to the report of smoke coming from a house at 118 East Smithfield Street in Bradford Monday afternoon.The attic fire caused an estimated $10,000 in fire, smoke, and water damage to the dwelling, according to Bradford Fire Chief Jam Mottinger.There were no injuries.An electrical problem is blamed for the later afternoon blaze.
