Route 4 Crash Under Investigation

DAYTON, Ohio -- Dayton police say there wre too many people in a vehicle when the driver ran off the road early Thursday morning.Officers tells us there were six people in the five-passenger vehicle when the driver lost control on Route 4 in Dayton.Sgt. Clarence West said, "Evidently, the car was overcrowded and from what we know, the third person fell onto the driver as she was trying to exit off Route 4 and she couldn't see to steer the car and that's apparently what caused the accident, the overcrowding."Officials said the injuries were minor.According to police, the people in the vehicle said they were on their way home from a bar.Right now, police are still investigating whether the driver of the vehicle was impaired.
