Man In Custody For Bike Trail Robbery

FRANKLIN, Ohio -- A Franklin man is under arrest Thursday, accused of robbing someone at knifepoint on a bike trail.Police said Seth Prater, 23, pulled out a knife and demanded cash from someone walking on the bike trail on the Warren-Montgomery County line.The victim handed over a small amount of cash and was not hurt.Police said tips led them to Prater, who is now charged with aggravated robbery.
