MIAMI Co., Ohio -- A former teacher's aide in the Vandalia-Butler School District accepted a plea bargaining arrangement with prosecutors.

David Pottenger, 46, of Troy, was caught with child pornography on his personal computer that was sold at a garage sale.

In a Miami County courtroom Monday, Pottenger entered a plea of not contest to two counts of pandering obscenity involving minors.

Pottenger could face a maximum of three years in prison. He is free on bond and will be sentenced July 20.
