ENGLEWOOD, Ohio -- A Northmont High School teacher and coach, arrested after he was found partially undressed with a 17-year-old girl, has resigned from his job.

Loren Meadows was arrested earlier this week in Clinton County. Deputies said they found him in a vehicle with a former student and both were partially undressed.

Meadows was a social studies teacher and a football and track coach at Northmont. Officials said he volunteered at a summer camp in Clinton County.

Officials said Thursday that they have determined that Meadows did not participate in any criminal activity in Englewood.
