DAYTON, Ohio -- Police said a 70-year-old woman is accused of shoplifting a Michael Jackson T-shirt from a downtown Dayton store.

Police said they saw the clerk of the Honeybee Clothing Store chasing the woman down Main Street. The clerk told officers that the woman grabbed it.

According to police reports, the elderly woman admitted to police that she tried to steal the shirt, and would try again.

The woman was ordered into court on a misdemeanor theft charge.
