ENON, Ohio -- A 3-year-old girl was taken by Careflight to Dayton Children’s Hospital Saturday during the Enon Fourth of July parade.Chief Troy Callahan of the Enon Police Department said the accident happened around 2 p.m. at the intersection of Dayton and Enon Roads and it was unclear whether the girl fell off a trailer on the parade route or was hit.The toddler is expected to make a full recovery and was transported with some cuts, bruises and a few missing teeth.Investigators are still sorting through the details but said parents need to keep their children close, especially during the hectic Independence Day celebrations.
