Three-City Chase Ends In Arrest

HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Police in Huber Heights have released cruiser cam video of a chase that went through three Miami Valley communities early Thursday morning.Huber Heights Police arrested 30-year-old Mandrell Carr early Thursday morning on Valleycrest Drive.That is where officers said the man came to a stop after leading them through Dayton and Riverside.The chase began when Riverside officers spotted the SUV involved with a woman driving. Deanna Angel, 30, eventually pulled over and jumped out into a field, where she was taken into custody.That is when Carr got behind the wheel and sped off, leading officers on a 20-minute chase before eventually becoming trapped on a dead-end street in Huber Heights.Police said Carr was under the influence, and was driving what may be a stolen vehicle.Inside the SUV, officers said they found copper wire.Carr is being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
