COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A group collecting signatures to put a casino issue on the November ballot say it has plenty of support.Unfortunately, some of those supporters are deceased. The signatures of dead voters are turning up on petitions collected for the cassino issue. In Darke County, the Deputy Elections Board Director actually saw the signature of her father-in-law on a petition. He has been dead for twenty-five years.Election officials said the names of the dead make up only a fraction of the 850,000 names collected. About 400,000 are needed to get the issue on the ballot. If the issue passes, casinos would be built in Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland and Toledo.
