MORAINE, Ohio -- One of the two men accused of robbing and shooting a woman outside a Walmart Store pleaded guilty on Tuesday.

La'Shawn Porcher, 46, pleaded guilty to complicity to commit aggravated robbery in a deal with prosecutors.

Police said Porcher and Richard Elijah robbed a woman in the parking lot of the Moraine WalMart store in December and then shot her in the stomach.

Porcher faces between five and eight years in prison when he is sentenced.

Elijah is scheduled to go on trial next week on charges of felonious assault and aggravated robbery.

The victim survived the shooting.
