D’Alcapone Alpacino Morris Arrested

DAYTON, Ohio -- A murder suspect at the center of an intense U.S. Marshal’s manhunt was arrested.Dayton police and task force arrested 21-year-old D’Alcapone Alpacino Morris. He was found hiding in the attic insulation of a home on Nicholas Road in Dayton.Morris was arrested late Tuesday afternoon in connection with the June killing of Richard Pogue.“I love mom and my kid,” said Morris.Police said Morris and 19-year-old Michael Guy was indicted in July.The two shot Pogue execution-style during a robbery attempt on Kingsely Avenue, police said.Both face charges of murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, kidnapping and felonious assault, police said.Stay tuned to News Center 7 and whiotv.com for more on this developing story.
