GREENVILLE, Ohio -- Police are investigating a man's death that happened early Saturday morning.

Greenville police went to the 300 block of South Broadway Street in response to a reported fight call.

When officers arrived they found Kevin R. Brunner, 39, unresponsive on the ground, police said.

Greenville Rescue went to the scene and transported Brunner to Wayne Hospital.

Lt. Steve W. Strick, from the Greenville Police Department said, "Brunner was pronounced dead at 2:31 a.m. and the cause of death is unknown."

The Greenville Police Department and the Darke County Coroner’s Office are investigating.
