CLARK COUNTY, Ohio -- One man is taken to a local hospital after being stabbed in the chest early Sunday morning.

The stabbing happened at City Slickers Bar on the 2000 block of Columbus Avenue.

Deputies said Stephen J. Watkins, was just inside the main doorway into the bar, and two female patrons were holding a cloth towel to the victim’s chest area.

Deputies said a woman claimed that there had been an exchange of words between Watkins and an unknown suspect prior to the stabbing.
