Deer Crashes Through Springfield Dealership

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio -- Police in Springfield said a large window was destroyed after a deer crashed through it at Foreman Blair Pontiac Buick.Employees arrived at work Wednesday morning and discovered that an 8-point buck had crashed through a large window and caused damage in the office and showroom.The dealership is located in the 200 block of E. Columbia Street.Employees said the deer was seriously injured by the time they arrived. Police said an employee used an arrow and killed the deer before it was hauled away.Officials at the dealership said the deer was found lying on the floor when an employee first arrived. They said two vehicles that were sitting in the showroom were not damaged.Employees of the dealership said they had seen the deer for several weeks roaming the area.
