Sobriety Checkpoint Planned For Halloween

DAYTON, Ohio -- Keeping your children safe while they trick-or-treat is a big concern at Halloween.Now, local law enforcement agencies want to make sure you are safe on the roads too!Officers plan to set up a sobriety checkpoint in Montgomery County over the weekend to stop drivers under the influence.Police will announce the location of the sobriety checkpoint on Friday.
