Clark Co. Deputies Agree To Pay Freeze

CLARK COUNTY, Ohio -- Clark County sheriff's deputies agreed to take a pay freeze to help the budget crunch.On Tuesday, Clark County Commissioners approved a contract that will mean no pay increases next year.Two percent pay raises will start back up in 2011 and state step increases will also kick back in during 2012.Officials of the Clark County Sheriff's Association said staffing levels should not go down over the next three years.
