West Carrollton Company Faces More Fines

WEST CARROLLTON, Ohio -- A West Carrollton company was hit with even more fines for a big explosion earlier this year.On Thursday, OSHA proposed $64,000 in fines against Veolia Technical Solutions for an explosion there back in May.Those fines would be added to the $45,000 dollars announced last week for workpalce safety violations.The most recent fines were issued for violations that the company failed to conduct compliance audits.The explosion sent four workers to the hospital and left about $50 million in damages.
