Greenville Death Investigation Expands To Indiana

GREENVILLE, Ohio -- The investigation into the homicide of Patrick Cheadle of Ansonia has been expanded to include Randolph County, Ind.Cheadle was found dead inside a van in the 400 block of Elm Street in Greenville on Nov. 3. His death was originally ruled suspicious, but has since turned into a homicide investigation.An extensive investigation has led officers from the Greenville Police Department, the Darke County Coroner's Office and the Darke County Sheriff''s office to Randolph County, Ind. Officers from the Randolph County Sheriff's Office and the Indiana State Police have been brought into the investigation.It is believed that Cheadle's death happened in a rural home in Randolph County.Anyone with information regarding this homicide investigation is asked to contact the Greenville Police Department Detective section at 937-548-4150 or Deputy Tom Pullins of the Randolph County Sheriff's Office at 765-584-1721.
