Health officials said the H1N1 flu may have played a role in the death of a Fairborn woman.

Family said 51-year-old Pam Cummings did not have other health problems before she was admitted to Miami Valley Hospital a week ago.

Cummings death certificate did list the flu as a contributing cause of her death.

Health officials are waiting for test results to confirm that Cummings had the H1N1 flu.
