Drugs Seized In Sidney Home

SIDNEY, Ohio -- While still in the midst of searching the city and county for the remainder of 34 suspects named Thursday in drug related indictments, police in Sidney and deputies from Shelby County, executed a drug related search warrant on a home at 510 S. Miami Ave. in Sidney on Friday.As a result of the search, evidence was recovered leading to the arrest of Jamie A. Waldroop, 33, Samuel E. Waldroop, 26, April S. Zwiebel, 25, and Rickie G. Fosnough, 25, all of Sidney.Jamie Waldroop and Zwiebel were both charged with one count of possession of drugs and possession of criminal tools. Samuel Waldroop was charged with one count of possession of drugs and Fosnough was charged with one count of possession of drugs and one count of possession of criminal tools, both misdemeanors. All four were incarcerated at the Shelby County Jail as result of the charges.Discovered during the search were narcotics believed to be heroin, marijuana, and oxycontin, instruments used for consumption of drugs and capsules used to package heroin.This warrant execution is a continued effort by the SNARE unit to combat drug abuse and drug trafficking in the city and county, said detectives.Information resulting in this warrant was derived from information received from concerned citizens.
