MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio -- There was a cover-up operation going on in Miami County on Saturday, all to make sure children stay warm.

The Miami County Sheriff’s Department handed out coats during its annual "Operation Cover-Up.”

Prior to Saturday’s coat distribution, deputies collected donated coats to give out to children in need.

Residents lined up at the Miami County Fairgrounds Saturday morning to be one of the lucky recipients.

It only took two hours to hand out all of the coats.
