'Peeping Tom' Arrested On CSU Campus

GREENE COUNTY, Ohio -- A man is in custody accused of peeping into windows on the campus of Central State University.CSU police said David Winters, who is a student on campus, was found peeping into windows around Foundation Hall. An officer chased Winters as he fled the area.The officer injured his knee during the chase. According to campus police, officers found a screen pulled back at the window of the dorm room.Officers said they found pictures on Winter's cell phone of a dorm occupant as she was undressing. They also found other sexually explicit photos on his cell phone.Police said that Winters admitted to breaking in through a window of a dorm after watching a couple engage in sexual conduct. They said the roommate surprised Winters who was inside the room when she came home after the couple had left.Winters is charged with burglary, attempted burglary and obstructing official business. He is expected in court tomorrow.
