Bond Set For Accused 'Peeping Tom'

XENIA, Ohio -- Bond has been set at $50,000 for a Central State University student who is accused of peeping in windows, breaking into a dorm room and watching a couple have sex.David Winters appeared in Xenia Municipal Court on Wednesday on charges of burglary, attempted burglary and obstructing official business.CSU police said Winters was caught peeping into windows around Foundation Hall on campus.They said they also found pictures on Winters’ cell phone, including one of a woman getting undressed inside her dorm room.Police said Winters could face more charges.
