Former Teacher Sentenced For Exposing Himself

RICHMOND, Indiana -- A former teacher who exposed himself to children at a park will not be serving any time in jail.In June, Kermit Thomas was arrested in Wayne County, Ind., because he was performing a sex act on himself, while watching children play baseball.He pleaded guilty to indecency charges and on Thursday morning he was sentenced to 100 days of home detention.Thomas worked as an art teacher for 40 years at Hagerstown Elementary School.
