33 Wanted In Clark Co. Drug Roundup

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio -- Law enforcement officers in Clark County are rounding up more than 30 suspected drug dealers.Officers began around 6 a.m. Thursday and, so far, they have been able to locate 10 of their 33 suspects.U.S. Marshals said a man and a woman were taken into custody at a home on Reid Street. Deputies with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said everyone who was arrested Thursday were indicted on drug-related charges.Investigators told News Center 7 that man and the woman apparently had a couple of baggies on a table inside their house with what is suspected to be heroin.Sheriff Gene Kelly said, “It’s not just one drug, it’s heroin, prescription drugs, cocaine, crack and it’s not in just one neighborhood. It’s across Clark County. That’s the real drug problem in Clark County and in our culture today.”
