DAYTON, Ohio -- A 19-year-old is dead after being shot four times in Dayton on Saturday, the Montgomery County Coroner said.

The Montgomery County Coroner's Office identified the victim as Trenton Scroggins of Dayton.

Shots rang out in the area of Willowwood and West Shadyside drives at about 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Police said the 19-year-old got into an argument with three other people, one of whom may have been a relative.

One of the men shot the 19-year-old, then the group drove him to Good Samaritan Hospital and dropped him off at the emergency room.

The victim suffered single gunshot wounds to the neck and chest and two gunshot wounds to the groin.

Police had several people in custody in connection with the shooting.
