Dayton Robbery Suspect Arrested In N.C.

DAYTON, Ohio -- A Dayton man who is a suspect in a robbery was taken into custody in North Carolina.Demar Maxwell, 21, is now in the Montgomery County Jail. Police in North Carolina said they were arrested Maxwell when they learned he was wanted for a robbery in Dayton.Maxwell is accused of robbing a person in the 1500 block of Almore Avenue earlier this year. He was charged with aggravated robbery and weapons violations.
