DAYTON, Ohio -- The Montgomery County Commission adds its name to a list who oppose a controversial government contract.
On Tuesday night the commission passed a resolution against the disposal of up to 900,000 gallons of Hydrolissate by PermaFix in Jefferson township.
Residents say the nerve agent by-product would be hazardous to their health.
13 local government and school districts are telling PermaFix "No" at this point.
PermaFix keeps saying it will take all comments into consideration before making a final decision that could come in the next couple weeks.
