Man Maintains Innocence In Arson Fire

DAYTON, Ohio -- A man accused of setting fire to a Dayton home told a judge on Tuesday that he is innocent.Braxton Gilkey, 22, pleaded not guilty to arson. He is accused of setting fire to a house on Rockwood Avenue in February.It took firefighters several hours to put the flames out. They said the house could not be saved.Gilkey is being held on a $250,000 bond.
