Trotwood Police Investigating Homicide

TROTWOOD, Ohio -- Trotwood Police are investigating a fatal shooting.

The Montgomery County Coroner's office identified the victim as 25-year-old Antoine West.

Police said the shooting happened just before midnight Friday.

Investigators believe several suspects went into an apartment at 716 Kelford Place and shot West several times.

Police said there were no signs of forced entry. Officers said it appears the suspects walked inside.

Investigators have no suspects at this time; detectives are conducting follow-up interviews.
