JEFFERSON TWP., Ohio -- We have new developments in the battle over a chemical controversy in Jefferson Township.
Today, a group of critics rejected the results of a test involving the VX nerve agent by-product called Hydrolosate.
They say if the Army allows PermaFix to dispose of the chemical, lives could be danger.
Critics said Army and PermaFix did not test the results of wastewater studies.
