Wounded Miami Valley Soldier
A Miami Valley Marine is recovering at home after being wounded in Iraq.
A roadside bombing earlier this month injured David Majercak.
He returned home Saturday.
Tuesday, he visited with friends at the Beavercreek Police Department where, in civilian life, he works as a police officer.
Majercak says shrapnel from the bomb or debris from the road hit his arm tearing up his tricep muscle.
He says he expects to make a full recovery.
He will know in 30 days if he will be ordered to return to Iraq.
