SPRINGBORO, Ohio -- Authorities in Warren County have made an arrest in the 1995 death of Vickie Barton. Friday, Vickie's husband Jim Barton was arrested and now faces charges.

Investigators said two of the five counts against him include complicity to involuntary manslaughter. They said recently revealed evidence led to Barton's arrest.

Barton said he returned home on April 11, 1995 to find his wife shot to death in the bedroom of their Franklin Township home. But, authorities said Barton's actions were suspicious the day Vickie was killed.

Barton has maintained his innocence over the past nine years.
