BROWN CO., Ohio -- New developments in the search for Carrie Culberson.
Authorities say they found three articles Friday and several more Saturday at the Brown County property where they have been digging for the past week for any sign of the missing Blanchester woman.
Police will not specify what those articles are.
But they did take Carrie's mother and some other family members back to the digging area to see if they could help identify them.
The articles are now headed to the Miami Valley Regional Crime Lab for analysis.
This find comes after five cadaver dogs have hit on the property, making authorities confident they are in the right place.
Water and soil samples are also being analyzed by chemists to determine if human remains are present.
Carrie Culberson disappeared in 1996, her boyfriend is now serving a life sentence.
Digging will continue throughout the weekend.
