Search For Carrie Culberson Ends, No Remains Found
Tuesday, May 11,
BROWN COUNTY, Ohio -- The search for a missing Blanchester woman ended Tuesday after authorities spent the last two weeks digging under a Brown County barn.Investigators from the Brown and Clinton county sheriff's departments, plus FBI agents, reportedly unearthed seven pieces of evidence that may be connected to the death of Carrie Culberson. That evidence is being examined at the Dayton Crime Lab.Despite digging more than 15 feet under the pole barn where five different cadaver-sniffing dogs indicated a human scent, investigators found no sure signs of Culberson's remains.Vincent Doan, Cublerson's former boyfriend, was convicted of killing her in a murder case that lacked a body as evidence.
