A head-on collision in Clark County sends three people to the hospital.

The crash happened around 3:30 Friday afternoon in the 1900 block of Medway-Carlisle Pike near New Carlisle.

Authorities believe the driver of the mini-van went left of center into the path of a pickup truck.

The driver of the mini-van suffered serious head injuries and was taken by Careflight to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

A teenage girl in the mini-van suffered minor injuries.

The pickup truck driver had multiple leg fractures and was transported by ambulance.

The crash remains under investigation.
