A Miami Valley man is facing a list of criminal charges after allegedly leading police on a chase.

Elmer Hampton was arraigned in a Dayton court Monday afternoon.

Police say Hampton robbed two United Dairy Farmer stores last week and then wouldn't pull over for police when they caught up with him.

They say they chased him through Dayton, part of it, the wrong way on Interstate 75.

The chase finally ended on Valley Street after police popped his tires with stop sticks.

Hampton's bond was set at $25,000.
