McCabe Avenue Shooting Leaves One Critically Injured

DAYTON, Ohio -- 
A 19-year-old is in critical condition Wednesday after police said his girlfriend shot the man.Police arrested the woman around 9 p.m. Tuesday night outside the Hilltop Homes on McCabe Avenue in Dayton.Officers said the girlfriend told police that she and the victim fought over the gun when it fired in the street. Officers said the victim and the woman have a small child together.At this time, the girlfriend faces felony assault charges.
