Nolan Sentenced On Child Pornography Charges

LEBANON, Ohio -- A former local deputy fire chief will spend the next eight years behind bars on child pornography charges.John Nolan, the former deputy fire chief in Miami Township was sentenced on Wednesday. In February, Nolan reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.He initially faced 35 charges in Warren County. As part of his agreement, he pleaded guilty to 12 counts.Authorities said Nolan took obscene photos of a 9-year-old girl inside his Franklin home.
