Semi Overturns; Eastbound I-70 Shut Down

CLARK COUNTY, Ohio -- Authorities said the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 are shut down between Route 54 in Clark County and Route 42 in Madison County after a semi carrying explosives overturned early Tuesday morning.According to authorities, several homes were evacuated as a precaution after the semi, which was carrying blasting caps, overturned. Investigators said the residents have been able to return to their homes.At this time, traffic is being rerouted onto Route 54 in Clark County.
