Ohio’s attorney general wants residents of the state to report fraud.

Jim Petro announced the launch of a new Web site designed for Ohioans to report incidents of Medicaid fraud, patient abuse and patient neglect.

Until now, citizens could only report abuse by calling the attorney general’s office at 800-64-ABUSE. Now, Ohio residents can log onto the attorney general’s Web site to report criminal acts committed by caregivers.

Petro urges all Ohioans to contact him immediately if they become aware of any wrongdoing.
