A man pleaded not guilty in the stabbing death of a Bellefontaine woman.

Ryan Childers Jr. has been charged with aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence in the stabbing death of 20-year-old Jamie Rollins-Rogan.

Childers' family and friends were at his arraignment Friday to show their support to him.

Rogan's body was found Sept. 26 inside her Bellefontaine apartment on West Sandusky Street.

Childers said the woman's death was not intentional and that she was a friend.

Childers is being held on a $210,000 bond at the Logan County Jail.
