MIAMI TWP. , Ohio -- Police in Miami Township said a grandmother is resting easier Thursday morning after her granddaughter was found safe.

Authorities said Paige Garland, 14, turned up missing Tuesday. Members of her family were concerned about her health because she suffers from severe acid reflux.

Her family said she needs her medication four times a day and her medication was left at home.

Garland talked with her grandmother Tuesday and said she was sick, but family members were unable to find her until after midnight.

Police said they are not releasing much information about where she was at the time. They said she is in good health.
