Tanning Salon Robbery Suspect Arraigned

DAYTON, Ohio -- The man accused of holding up a local tanning salon was arraigned Tuesday on one count of aggravated robbery.Michael Sipe, 37, entered a not guilty plea to charges that he robbed Michelle’s Novus Tanning Salon in March.Michelle Jones, who works at the salon, said Sipe came in, demanded cash and then duct-taped her. Investigators said he was scared off by her dog.
