Thousands of lunch boxes are being recalled.
The California Innovations CI Sport lunchbox have a freezer gel pack that can leak, posing a serious hazard if it is ingested.
The lunch boxes were sold at Costco stores from up until 2008. If you have one of them, do not use it and return it to Costco for a full refund.
