2 Accused In Springfield Road Rage Beating

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio —

Deputies in Clark County have tracked down two suspects wanted in connection with a road rage beating.

Investigators said they arrested 19-year-old Michael Palmer and 19-year-old Thomas Waters Jr., on charges of felonious assault.

The arrests stem from a beating that occured over the weekend at the intersection of Biscayne Drive and Tulane Drive in Springfield, investigators said.

According to deputies, Waters and Palmer followed their victim after a fight at a nearby McDonald’s and then beat him up.

Deputies said they have classified the case as a road rage incident. The victim suffered facial injuries in the fight.
