WAPAKONETA, Ohio —

Three people were arrested late Sunday after authorities said they found marijuana-laced lollipops and cookies, crack cocaine and prescription pills inside their vehicle.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the driver and two passengers were arrested following a check on the vehicle after a speed violation on Interstate 75 near milepost 114 in Auglaize County at 11:11 p.m. Oct. 14.

The drugs are worth an estimated $8,000, OSP said.

The driver, Kenneth Franklin James II, 30, of Westland, Mich., and passengers Ricky DeWayne Hickman, 32, of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Celsi Lynne Parks, 18, of Ypsilanti, Mich., were charged with trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in marijuana, troopers said.

If convicted, each person could face up to 11 years in prison and up to a $25,000 fine, OSP said.
