3 Teens Hospitalized After Serious Crash

WARREN CO., Ohio —

Three teenagers were taken to hospitals after the driver lost control of a vehicle Wednesday just before 7 p.m.

Witnesses near the intersection of Morningstar and Franklin-Madison roads said the car was traveling at a high rate of speed, possibly trying to make the vehicle go airborne over a hill.

The car flipped several times, hit a pole and then a fence, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said. Two occupants were ejected, including a 16 year-old male who was taken to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight.

Two female passengers were taken to hospitals by ambulance. One of the females was also ejected from the vehicle. Troopers do not know the extent of any of the patients' injuries.

OSP is still investigating to determine what charges will be filed.
